Ghost in the Garden Barrel Age IPA

Our Phantom IPA aged just under eight weeks in a Tom’s Town Barrel-Aged Gin barrel, emerging with an unexpected burst of juicy  orange citrus. These bright characters lead the way, backed by toasted barrel notes, botanical spice, subtle juniper, and with the west coast bitterness peaking through. Smooth, complex, and deceptively drinkable at 8% ABV. 55 IBU

100 Bean Vanilla Porter

Crafted with over 100 whole Madagascar vanilla beans and a generous addition of velvety vanilla bean paste, and finished with house made Vanilla Extract.
